After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Film and Media Production, Seo-Young recently moved to New York to pursue her dream of becoming a film producer and director.
While in Arizona, Seo-Young worked as a videographer for sustainability education, cinematographer and editor for local wedding shoots and freelance filmmaker for corporates. Her short films, which can be described as deep and realistic, have been selected for official screenings at national film festivals including the 2014 Phoenix Film Festival.
Outside of narrative films, Seo-Young loves soccer, documentary films, blogs, music, teaching, and non-profit; and she is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. While she can’t live without Netflix, Seo-Young loves her exciting new journey and enjoys meeting people – she hopes to be inspired by them and inspire them in return.
